Returns and Shipping


  • We do preorders for most of the items you see here at Little Sass. We do occasionally have RTS (ready to ship) items as well. Our factory allows 21-27 days before the items ship to us.

    ​Please be mindful that with preorders delays can happen. We try our hardest to meet a resolution and get your items to you as quick as possible.


  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.  Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. For these reasons, if you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order. 
  • In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us at as soon as possible so we can get the issue resolved.If we are out of stock on it, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item. Shipping is non-refundable unless it was a mistake on our end.
  • Returned items must remain NEW, un-washed, and un-worn.


  • All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification via PayPal through your email once the item has shipped.  Please check the tracking info daily, and if you see a problem, please let us know, and we can instruct on how to contact the PO. 
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
